Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your ILEERA order. If something isn't right, you can exchange or return it easily.

Exchange and return period

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be included.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose another item or get a refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will replace it or refund you in full.

How to request an exchange or return

Message us on WhatsApp at +20 11 54488842 or email ileerafashion@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Our team will arrange for the courier to collect the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via mobile wallet or bank transfer. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone.
