Refund policy

We want you to love your (ILEERA FASHION) Health purchase! But if it’s not quite right, no worries, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Our friendly Customer Support team will guide you through the return process to make things simple and stress-free.

Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important:

To initiate a return and qualify for a refund, you must first contact our Customer Support team at hello@ileerallc.com.
Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or processed.
Order Cancellations
If you’ve made a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it before receiving confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

We process orders as soon as they’re placed, so if you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Support team right away at hello@ileerallc.com or through Live Chat where your request can be processed faster.

If your request is made within the first hour of placing the order, we can usually stop it before it’s processed. However, once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

You’ll still have the option to return the product once it arrives, in line with our returns policy.

If you find that it’s not the right fit, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date. Please ensure cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you have the best possible experience with them.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or experience an issue covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, our Customer Support team will be happy to help with an exchange.

Before an exchange can be approved, we’ll need to complete a short troubleshooting process with you. This helps us determine whether the device is truly defective or helps us identify a bug which we can fix and ensures we’re resolving the issue in the best way possible.

If troubleshooting isn’t completed, we may not be able to confirm the fault or proceed with a replacement.
