We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt.

Shipping cost

Free delivery to your door across Egypt, whether you pay online or cash on delivery.

Payment options

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when you receive your order.
• Online payment: card, mobile wallet or installments via Kashier.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and address before it is shipped.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after confirmation for most governorates. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or high order volumes.

Receiving your order

The courier will call you before delivery. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
